The JT5 6 cylinder E-Type 2 plus 2 kit fits the 4.2L platform. The 6 cylinder kit uses the Model S gearbox as the base platform. The kit includes the gearbox, shifter, knob, mount, driveshaft flange, and clutch disc. A new heavy duty bellhousing is supplied. It is a proven gearbox and is suited for street use and racing where synchros are required.

Factory bellhousing heights are maintained . The factory clutch is maintained using our new disc. Factory hydraulics and linkage remain stock and unchanged. All mounts use the same location points as the factory. Factory pilot bushing is maintained. Some peening of the floor pan may be required to clear the upper ears of the transmission. This does not effect the interior in any way. Short throw shifter is in exact location as factory shifter . Factory speedometer angle drive and cable screw onto the transmission. Driveshaft is included. DO NOT USE AN ALLOY FLYWHEEL WITH THIS TRANSMISSION.
