This new 1304077008 countergear  is new and fits all Borg Warner, Richmond Gear and Doug Nash Super T10 transmnissions that have a 2.64 1st gear ratio. This is for the later GM style 1 inch countershaft transmissions. This is for the W ratio Super T10 4 speed.  It has a tooth count of 28-23-20-18
